Reporting sales – for retailers
Additional information for retailers about how to report sales of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products.
Under the Medicinal Products Trading Act, a party who has reported sales of certain over-the-counter pharmaceutical products to the Medical Products Agency must disclose information about the pharmaceutical products that were sold to the Swedish eHealth Agency. Reports must be compiled monthly, but may be submitted on a monthly or quarterly basis.

You must identify yourself through your corporate registration number and GLN code/Reporting ID, and enter the sales data into the form. Follow the instructions. - Reporting by file
You must identify yourself through your corporate registration number and provide an e-mail address. You may then upload your file comprising the sales data. Refer to the Help document for information about the file composition. When the file is validated, you will receive a confirmation message through your e-mail address. If there were any errors, we will indicate this in the confirmation e-mail. - Reporting sales data for retailers
Sales can be reported using a text file containing sales data. The text file must be row-oriented with eight TAB-separated positions and use the character code ISO 8859-1. The file must contain an entry with sales data per month for every package of non-prescription medical products, sales outlet, ending with CR and LF. All positions are mandatory.
