Accessibility report för Covid Certificate

The Swedish eHealth Agency is responsible for this service. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service. This page describes how the COVID Certificate e-service complies with the Digital Services Act (lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service), any known accessibility problems and how you can report issues to us so that we can fix them.

How accessible is the website?

Parts of the COVID Certificate e-service are not compliant with the Digital Services Act (lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service) (in Swedish).

Content that is not accessible as required by law

  • Headings
There are headings that are not coded as headings, and this can therefore make things difficult for people who navigate using headings. The heading structure may not follow a structural and logical sequence in some places.
  • HTML and Wai-aria
Some headings and other elements may be perceived as unclear for people using assistive technology, and some parts of the interface may be considered unnecessarily long-winded to navigate through.
Some information that can be perceived visually cannot be perceived in the same way by people using assistive technology.
  • The user interface
There may be elements in the text that can be perceived as unnecessarily difficult to read if a user chooses to adjust the text spacing. There are sometimes overlaps between texts, graphics and interactive elements on the page.
  • Keyboard navigation
There are tab stops that make it impossible to navigate from elements when using keyboard navigation.
  • Buttons
There are buttons that are not structurally coded as buttons.
  • Landmarks
There are important parts of the interface that are not coded to be included as part of the webpage. This can make it difficult for people who use any type of assistive technology to understand the content as intended.
